Do you worry a lot about food and weight?
Do you wish you could just 'eat like a normal person'?
You know, just eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full and not spend all day obsessing over what you should or shouldn't eat?
Or do you dream of walking around in a body that you love?
Being really comfortable and confident in your skin, wear whatever you want to wear, and not feel self-conscious all the time?
Good. You're in the right place.
I know, I know, it's hard to imagine you can ever get into a place like that. After all, you've been at this for a while.
You've tried everything
From milkshakes to calorie counting to paleo, you've tried just about everything over the years.
You've been dieting for as long as you can remember but your body just doesn't seem to cooperate.
You get sucked in by some fit-looking chick’s Facebook ad, or you’re addicted to that Keto girl’s YouTube channel, and you’re SO convinced that whatever they’re doing is the thing that’s finally going to work for you.
But it doesn’t, does it?
You know what to do
You're not dumb. You've got a big job. Responsibilities. Maybe you run your own business. Maybe you're a mum. You manage projects. You meet deadlines. You're on top of sh*t.
You know how to eat healthy, and with the research you've done over the years you could probably be a nutritionist by now.
You know what to do, but you just can't seem to stick to it.
You feel out of control
Sometimes you want to punch those people who say 'just eat a bit of everything in moderation' right in the face.
They don't understand that when you eat one piece of chocolate you have to eat the whole bar.
That you can't keep food in the house because you can't stop thinking about it until you've eaten it all.
That sometimes you're so ashamed of how out of control you are with food that the only thing that makes you feel better is... food.
And that you then hide the 'evidence' at the bottom of the bin so no one will ever find out.
... guess what?
You're not alone.
And there's nothing wrong with you.
You don't need another diet, you don't need more willpower and you don't need more self-control.
It's just that until now you've been so focused on WHAT to eat.
That you haven't asked yourself WHY you eat.
And I'm here to help you uncover just that.
MOST WELLNESS PROGRAMS HAVE FAILED YOU BECAUSE THEY
Take what worked for them and apply that onto your body
Get you to do things that actually harm your weight loss efforts rather than help them
Make you feel like you're a failure when you don't stick to the program perfectly
Try to address behavior (food and exercise) without considering underlying psychological and biological drivers
Weightless™ goes to the source of why you eat and helps you find out what works for you
It's easy to follow a diet for a few weeks
You’re full of hope and motivation, ready with your list of what to eat and what not to eat.
You go back to the gym and you’re feeling really good for a little while.
But then life gets in the way.
Day by day you’re a little less motivated. You cancel a gym class here, eat a chocolate brownie there. And little by little, you just end up falling back into your same old habits.
That’s because we keep trying to fight against the grain of our personality, our identity and even our biology.
Here's the deal... every body is different.
So here's what you won't get from me: you won't get a diet plan, and you won't get a list of rules and tactics that you need to follow perfectly to get results.
What you will get is a framework to get to know yourself better and mindset tools to experiment with so that you can finally discover what works for you based on your body, your personality and your lifestyle.
And I'll be honest... this is not easy work, and it would almost be impossible to do it alone.
That's why I created Weightless™,
a personalised online experience that helps women let go of worrying about food and weight, so they can be confident in who they are and start fully living again.
Can you imagine....
Suddenly realising it's 2pm and you haven't eaten lunch yet, and now that you think about it.... that's the first time you've thought about food all day
Having a tub of ice cream in the freezer at home and then completely forgetting about it for weeks until you actually want some
Walking into any clothing store with confidence and having a blast checking yourself out in the mirror
Turning up to dinner with your friends and when they ask you 'what diet are you on, what can't you eat?', you reply 'I can eat anything'.
Complete your personality assessment and get personalised insights into your food habits. (This is what Weightless™ members love most - it's like 20 therapy sessions in one single report!)
Get to the root of your struggles with food and weight with a single RTT Hypnotherapy session (optional)

At your own pace, work through an ever-growing content library filled with psychology-based lessons and exercises covering the following 6 principles:
THIS IS FOR YOU
Finally want to understand why you've been struggling with weight for all these years - and why some things seem to work for others, but never for you
Have big dreams and want to stop spending hours a day thinking about food and obsessing over your body - so that you can go out and spend all this precious energy on making those dreams come true
Are ready to transform your relationship with food so you can live a life without restriction (no more saying no to dessert if you want it, ever)
This is who it's not for:
People who are determined to keep trying to control their body through dieting. If that’s working for you, great! Feel free to keep counting calories while the rest of us go out and have fun.
People who aren’t ready to open their minds to the possibility that a new way of thinking (and not a new diet) could change the quality of their life exponentially
And people who aren’t willing to do the work. This program will require you to dive deep and put what you learn into practice. If you just sit back and watch the videos, without taking action, you won’t see results.
SO, what's it gonna be?
Do you want to keep looking at yourself in the mirror every morning and hate what you see?
Do you want to keep cancelling social events because you've got nothing to wear?
Do you want to get to 80 years old and still worry about how many calories you've get left for dinner?
Or are you ready to stop worrying about all that
and end your struggle with food and weight once and for all?
I'm Joni, by the way.
I’m a certified Eating Psychology coach and I specialise in helping women get to the root of their struggles with food.
I struggled with weight, binge eating and emotional eating for nearly 20 years.
All these years, I was so focused on WHAT to eat to lose weight, but it wasn’t until I started studying eating psychology, human behaviour and neuroscience that I discovered the hidden forces at play which kept me from succeeding time and time again.
Once I got to the bottom of WHY I was eating, I finally transformed my relationship with food and with my body for good.
I can't wait to see the (incredibly relaxed) look on your face when you get there too.
I promise you, it's possible.
For 20 years I was caught in an endless cycle of feeling deeply unhappy with my body, trying to shrink it into a smaller clothing size through diet and exercise - to then completely losing control around food and binging - or just going on a complete junk food bender for days at a time. There was never a middle ground.
I just wanted to be one of those people who:
Always had a fridge and a pantry full of food, real food, and who would just cook it and eat it and then move on.
Wouldn’t eat an entire jar of almond butter because that’s the only remotely interesting thing they have in the cupboard.
Wouldn’t go to the supermarket and buy a ton of healthy food, only to throw it all away at the end of the week because they ended up ‘falling off the wagon’ and eating junk food all week.
Whose bodies just seem to be in this happy place, and never really change all that much no matter what they eat.
I never thought I could be one of these people.
But I’m here today to tell you that it is possible for you to find this kind of ease with food and your body, and develop healthy habits that last.
Even if you’ve been dieting for many years.
Even if today you spend your entire days obsessing about food.
And even if you find yourself comfort eating, binge eating, emotional eating, stress eating, or whatever you call it.
Let me show you how.
There has been a shift in not only my food habits but my life in general. I just seem to be seeing and understanding things differently.
What happens if you haven't yet worked with people in my situation?
If I’ve learned anything about people is that we’re all different, we have different experiences, and we think differently. That’s why Weightless™ is a completely personalised experience.
At the beginning of the program, you’ll take a personality assessment so that I can send you personalised insights into your food habits based on your personality.
You’ll also have access to Rapid Transformational Therapy, a fast and effective therapy designed to uncover the root cause of your issues with food and weight and free you from old self-sabotaging beliefs and patterns.
And when it comes to food, there simply is no one-size fits all solution which is why I’ll be teaching you how to reconnect with your own body wisdom and empower you to find the best way of eating for your unique body.
What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a hybrid therapy, created by award-winning therapist Marisa Peer, that offers fast and achievable results by combining the best of neurolinguistic programming (NLP), hypnosis, cognitive behavior therapy, and psychotherapy.
It is an extremely dynamic, fast and effective therapy which is designed to uncover the root cause of your issues, free you from any self-defeating beliefs/patterns and imprint new positive and powerful messages into your subconscious to produce permanent life-changing results.
Does this really work?
If you put in the work and regular practice, then you’ll absolutely get results. Think of the mind like a muscle. Just like you’d have to go to the gym a few times a week to get stronger biceps, the brain requires regular practice too, and after a while it becomes second nature.
By the end of the program, you can expect to stop binge eating, say goodbye to your obsession with food for good, eat anything guilt-free without feeling restricted, not have your life revolve around your next meal, increase your self-confidence, release the emotional weight you've been holding onto, become consistent with healthy habits, and many more.
How quickly can I expect results?
I’ve designed Weightless™ to set you up for success, and you can expect some major shifts and insights within the first two weeks of the program.
What if I have an eating disorder?
This program is NOT a substitute for clinical treatment of eating disorders or any mental or physical illnesses. It does however provide a supportive environment which can be a great supplement to clinical treatment.
What if I have medical restrictions around food?
This program does not recommend nor condemn any particular foods or food groups. Our focus is on healing your relationship with food so you can make empowered choices for yourself and your health.
Will I lose weight?
This isn't a weight loss program, but a sustainable solution to heal your relationship with food and find a way of eating, which will help you reach a weight that's natural for your body. We measure success in terms of food sanity levels and personal breakthroughs rather than weight lost.
What principles do you follow?
Food Habits aligns itself with Intuitive Eating, Body Positivity and Health At Every Size principles. We teach these principles in the program and actively encourage them in our community.
