Why Are You Eating?
You don’t need more information about diet and exercise.
You need to figure out WHY you’re eating.
And when I say why, I don’t mean go and dig back into your past and uncover the exact moment your mum consoled you with a peanut butter sandwich.
I mean: why are you eating right now, in this moment.
Because you’re hungry?
Because you’re OVER hungry after living on 1200 calories for the past 10 years
Because you’re numbing out emotions that make you feel uncomfortable?
Because those carrot sticks and rice cakes really do nothing for your satisfaction levels and you should have just eaten the cookie?
There are plenty of valid reasons why we turn to food.
Understanding why is what helps you make different choices.
